Shimla, April 18
Justice Tarlok Chauhan the senior most judge in Himachal Pradesh High Court was today appointed as an acting Chief Justice with effect from April 20, said the Union Ministry of Law and Justice through an order signed today.
The acting Chief Justice Sabina is due to retire from her office on April 19.
