Travelers can now reach Shimla riding flights from Delhi, saving time and avoiding chronic traffic jams. Alliance Air today announced the resumption of its air operations on this route from September 6 next month.
This flight will resume after a gap of about two and a half years.
The ATR42-600 plane of Alliance Air will now fly daily connecting Himachal’s capital Shimla with Delhi, the capital city of the county.
This is part of Alliance Air’s mission of connecting Tier-II and Tier-III towns with the nearest big city having a big airline services hub.
Earlier the services on the route were suspended due to many reasons including technical and economical.
